Academic Year 2022 – 2026
My name is Eliana Luongo, and I am a third-year student in Biomedical Engineering. The scholarship created by Pasquale Freda has built a valuable bridge between the Baronia and Boston, allowing me to have an extraordinary academic and personal experience in an internationally stimulating environment like Boston University.
These years in Boston have opened new horizons for me, fueled my curiosity, and strengthened my desire to learn, explore, and engage with different people and realities. Throughout my journey, I have had the fortune of meeting many extraordinary individuals who have inspired and enriched me deeply.
I also spent a semester in Madrid through a BU study abroad program, an experience that further broadened my worldview. Now, I am in the heart of my studies in the fascinating field of Biomedical Engineering, working hard to acquire skills that will guide me in my future professional and personal life.
After graduation, I wish to continue exploring, contributing positively, and applying my knowledge and abilities to serve humanity. My goal is to leave an impact, even if small, through work that is not only passionate but also beneficial to the common good.
